How does the point system work?
While you're shopping at Dream Press, you may notice that all of the products have a "points price" next to them. Our goal is to reward our frequent shoppers by helping them to earn free products. You can earn points by making purchases on our site. You must be a registered user on our site to earn and redeem points! When you have accumulated enough points, you may apply these points to your balance at check-out.

What forms of payment do you take?
Dream Press accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. You can also pay by check or money order. Please make checks payable to: Kristine Lewis, c/o Dream Press Personalized Stationery, 2462 Potter Road, Wixom, MI 48393. Note: On check or money order payments, we will not begin processing your order until your payment has been received and cleared. You may also pay over the phone by contacting us at 1-800-689-3914.

How do I create a product wish list?
You must be a registered user to create a product wish list. In order to register, click on the "User Home" button at the top navigation of the site. Click on "New User" once you get to this page. Once you have registered, you must login to the site. When shopping, you will now see a "Add to Wishlist" box under every product. Once you add an item, it will be saved under your personal wish list.

How long will take me to receive my order?
Each product description includes the estimated production time. Shipping time usually takes between 3-5 days for First Class Mail, 2-3 days for Priority Mail and 1-2 Days for Express Mail. If you have specific shipping needs, please feel free to contact us, and we will try to accomodate your needs.
